Executive Forums are small, facilitated peer groups for senior HR and people leaders. You bring the real questions, tensions, and decisions you are navigating and work through them with peers outside your organization.

They are for senior HR and people leaders, including Chief People Officers, VPs of People or HR, HR Directors, and other senior people leaders who want candid perspective from peers who understand the role.

Each forum stays intentionally small and is facilitated by BestHuman. You get a confidential space for honest conversation, practical problem-solving, and relationships with peers who understand the complexity of senior leadership.

Members bring the current leadership challenges, questions, tensions, and decisions that are difficult to work through inside their organizations. The conversation follows what is most useful to the group.

The meeting cadence and session length are confirmed for each forum as the cohort takes shape. We will share the practical time commitment before you join so you can decide whether it fits your role and schedule.

A new cohort forms when 6–8 people with a shared interest and a strong fit for the forum have been identified. If you know someone who would be a good fit, you can nominate them.

The forum is designed as a confidential space, and members are expected to respect the privacy of the conversations and experiences shared by the group.

The investment depends on the seniority and experience represented in the group and on the circle itself. We will share the relevant cost details once we understand the forum and your fit; there is not one public fixed price.

The current HR Leadership Forum is full, and we expect to open the next cohort in Spring 2027. Timing depends on bringing together 6–8 people with a shared interest, and you can nominate someone who may be a strong fit.
